Bay of Fires Art Prize

Rock Garden 2024

I am really happy to be selected as a finalist in the annual Bay of Fires Art Prize 2024. Among this years finalists are some artists I admire, so I’m looking forward to seeing the exhibition. The show will open on Friday 7th June at Panorama Hotel in St Helens. It will be open to the public until Sunday 16th June. My entry is titled “Rock Garden” and is one of my newer collaged works where I re-imagine my alpine landscape linocuts by tearing, cutting and re-fitting them together to form new internal landscapes, giving them a more personal narrative.
